I found the room large, a real plus in this city. The open floor plan gave a spacious feel. I appreciated the warm temperature inside, especially given how chilly it can be elsewhere (a welcome surprise!).
The lack of a mini-fridge was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel is situated near the car parking garage, very convenient if you arrive by car. Proximity to the train station and bus stop makes travel simple. I liked being slightly removed from the main tourist area.

the room was very spacious , a beautiful junior suite canal view. the tv worked great and i could easily access streaming services. i also appreciated that the location was close to the airport buses , so i did not have to use any vaporettos.
my room was not very clean , there was some toilet paper left in the wc. one nightstand was dusty and had beverage stains. the lack of on-site support felt challenging , as a smart hotel.

A Romantic Stay with Superb Accessibility!

The location was ideal. It was wonderfully close to the bus station. This made getting to and from the airport so easy. The hotel is in a quieter area, a blessing after long days of exploring. I found the heated towel rack especially good!
The air conditioning in my room wasn't as effective as I'd hoped, but it was a minor issue.

The room I occupied featured an really good layout, providing generous space. The cleanliness was amazing throughout the premises. I found the ability to adjust the room thermostat particularly useful. Complimentary water was available upon arrival, and a kettle was accessible in the common area.
