The reception staff were service-oriented. They were always ready with a smile. i found the bathroom modern and well-kept. the hotel's location was ideal, offering surprising quiet despite its proximity to the station.

The hotel's proximity to the main train station was convenient. Access to metro lines and buses was very easy. The staff were helpful and the room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided.

I often chose to walk the stairs instead.

the room was dated it needed an upgrade the shower was broken the decor seemed dark overall it felt dreary i did not find tea or coffee making facilities present a queen bed mattress felt hard
