The breakfast offered a good variety of foods like eggs, ham, and cheese. It was not the typical italian breakfast. access to nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants was easy. the 24/7 reception was helpful, meeting my needs at any hour. i enjoyed the convenience of being able to start my day later.
i found that the tv control was not working. there was also no light in the dark room. the hairdryer seemed unsafe and almost blew up when i tried to use it. the handle was coming off the skylight windows when i attempted to open them.

staff members were generally very helpful and friendly. fernandino and gino at the reception were particularly accommodating and cute. the staff was highly rated because they were ready to help with any questions that i had.

a supermarket was located nearby, proving very convenient for quick shopping. i found that the location had good links to metro and bus stations. the hotel offered excellent security as it was close to the termini train station and metro.

the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. skylights in the room gave the space a nice touch. rooms were beautifully appointed with attention to detail and care.

The hotel is around a ten-minute walk from termini station. Buses make access even easier. plenty of restaurants and cafes surrounded the hotel for dining options. many government buildings and embassies are in the area.
