The staff were very attentive. They responded fast to all our needs. The room was ready before normal check in, which i appreciated. Complimentary water, snacks, and a coffee capsule were provided daily in the room.
The room lacked a refrigerator. I also noticed there was no iron. This was an inconvenience for quick clothing touch ups.

the staff was helpful enough when i eventually found someone at the front desk.
checking in was a bit of a mess (as if they weren't expecting anyone). i waited nearly half an hour because they were apparently having a meeting. once i got a key, i found out my assigned room wasn't even cleaned yet. it just seemed disorganized.

the staff i encountered was very pleasant. the room was clean, including a good shower with ample pressure. the included coffee in the room tasted surprisingly good, a definite plus.
the soundproofing could use improvement. i could clearly hear a baby crying from a room quite far away. it disrupted my rest somewhat.
