a amazing stay!
clean buildingkind staffrefurbished roomhard pillows
the building was clean, and i noticed the staff maintained super clean conditions throughout. i was very impressed with their kindness and how helpful each staff member was. the room was newly refurbished, and the beds guaranteed a restful night, ensuring i felt refreshed each morning!!!
the pillows provided were not ideal for me, they felt too hard when using two, and not supportive enough with just one. this impacted my sleep quality each night and is something i hope they can improve.

The hotel is very close to train stations and several shops. there is also a supermarket nearby, useful for quick needs or longer stays. I found it very practical.

this hotel has a clean appearance throughout. the staff IS helpful, especially in the breakfast area. i appreciate that when i had to leave one day early, they gave me a refund for that night. doordash delivery to the hotel was VERY easy and convenient for me.
i noticed a bit of noise from other guests some evenings.

The queen room two queen beds room OFFERED a comfortable arrangement. i found the beds very comfortable and the pillows great. the bathroom was clean UPON arrival. Made me happy.

the smell in the rooms was noticeable! it definitely seemed like a smoke room before they changed it to smoke-free.
