the staff was helpful and friendly. i especially liked the coffee and cookies available in the lobby during the day. the hotel gave me water bottles each day, which i found useful.

the location proves advantageous with proximity to chinatown, little italy. subway stops are also nearby facilitating transit. the staff was helpful. cleaning was satisfactory.
the air conditioner made noise. the noise from outside late at night was also present, even on the eleventh floor. this resulted in interrupted sleep.

Fantastic Stay Near Little Italy!

The staff was very attentive. They promptly answered all my requests like extra towels. The location was excellent because it was in the heart of SoHo, near Chinatown and Little Italy. I liked that! I had a great view of Manhattan from my room on the tenth floor.
THE rooms need a little love and attention. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable.
