The location is excellent. It was very convenient for exploring. The staff was polite, and I found them very helpful! The room was lovely. It had a beautiful Murano glass chandelier.
The room could benefit from soundproofing. I could hear some noise from upstairs.

The room was spacious. It had lovely decor. The location was amazing! It was close to the water taxi stop.
The communications could be better. I learned cash was the only way to pay tourist tax just a day before arrival. I did not have enough euro cash. I had to exchange currency at the airport for a high cost. The shower room was small. It was hard to turn around.
