i really liked the proximity to main attractions. the location made getting around easy. the staff was very helpful and friendly, assisting with luggage when i arrived. air conditioning worked well .

great location helpful staff pleasant lady small room tiny bathroom thin walls
The location was GREAT! It was super close to San Marco square. I also thought the staff was AMAZING! They helped me with my luggage when I got there by water taxi. The breakfast was also good. The lady serving was VERY pleasant.
The room I stayed in was pretty small. The bathroom was TINY too. The walls felt thin, so I could hear a lot of noise. There was no elevator. I was on the third floor, tiring after a long day of exploring.

the staff were helpful. i felt safe in the surrounding area. i also appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions. the area outside felt safe at all times
the lack of an elevator was somewhat inconvenient, especially with luggage.
