The location was convenient. A short walk from the train station.
The check-in process was not smooth. the room lacked essential amenities. There was no safe available. noise from other rooms and the front door was noticeable.

The location was very convenient to the train station and vaporetto stop. I found the updated bathroom to be very nice. The building was located on a quiet street. The room provided was adequate.
The breakfast offered a minimal selection with the same items each day. There was little variety of fruits and breads offered. Milk and bowls were not readily available for the cereal. I also noticed most communication happened via WhatsApp, so direct interaction was limited.

The room featured a kettle, which i appreciated for making tea. The location was excellent, as it was quite convenient for accessing nearby shops and the train station.
The noise level was a problem. I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and from people using the front door. I also found that the electrical socket in my room was loose. When i unplugged my charger, the socket came out of the wall.

The room was very clean. Air conditioning worked well I appreciated that. The bathroom was lovely it was also super clean. The room was cleaned daily i found that great.
I noticed the entrance felt a bit WEIRD , as it was from a narrow street.

The location was great. It was near the train station.
The room looked outdated! though it was clean, it just didn't feel very hygienic somehow. There was also no one at the reception in the building, it seemed like there was no hospitality.
