great selection filtered water spacious bathroom
the guest lounge had a great tea selection and a filtered water station i saved plastic because they had glass bottles in my room to top up here the room was spacious it provided peaceful nights the bathroom and shower were again spacious and the shower had good power
the room was really small and there wasn't even a wardrobe

underwhelming stay, expected more
poor food choices inflexible staff
the futons were comfy and was nice.
the restaurant was a letdown with poor choices. many choices were sold out, annoying. i felt unwell and asked to take food to my room, as i had a dining area, but staff refused. they insisted i eat in the restaurant, and i dont understood why they were so inflexible.

Excellent Stay Near Imperial Palace
subway station tea selection luggage delivery
The hotel is close to the Marutamachi subway station and several bus lines. The lounge area had a great tea selection and a filtered water station with glass bottles. The staff coordinated luggage delivery to my next hotel. This allowed me to travel luggage free.
Breakfast options were the same each day. A little variety would improve it.

The hotel is near the subway station. This makes traveling around the city convenient. It's across from the Imperial Palace, nice for easy access to historical sites. I found many dining options nearby, including coffee stands and supermarkets.

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for relaxation. The bathroom and shower were large, offering good water pressure in the shower. I appreciated the sleek, modern interior of the room and hotel.

Really good Stay
beautiful design sufficient space convenient storage easy travel
The room design was beautiful I had booked a room for three guests and it provided sufficient space for luggage it was very clean and the bathroom included a Japanese style bathtub. The hotel allows guests to store their luggage before check in and after check out this was very convenient there are several bus lines nearby making it easy to travel to destinations.
The hotel used to have a shared kitchen and refrigerator these amenities are now gone this was a disappointment there were also games available in the past but now there are only books.

The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay I especially appreciated the common area that offered complimentary tea as well as a water dispenser it was a very kind gesture. Their prompt attention elevated my overall experience.
