The staff stored our bags when we arrived early. They even brought them to our room! The onsen was very accessible and cute for a foreign guest like me. I particularly enjoyed the traditional Japanese meals. Each one was better than the last. The staff accommodated the toddler traveling with us, helpful.
I found that the location was a bit out of the way, with not much in the immediate area. Public transportation was necessary.
