steep stairs basic room
The tram stop close to the building provided easy access around the area (day rider ticket is recommended).
The lack of an elevator and steep stairs proved problematic. This place is really not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The price also seemed quite steep for what was essentially a basic room.

cute staff convenient location no car park dated bed
The staff at the pub was very cute. The location is handy for the tram in either direction.. All amenities are within minutes. I found the twin room a good size and it included an ensuite bathroom.
I noticed there was no iron or ironing board available. The single beds felt a bit dated. There was also no car park provided. I found that a bit inconvenient.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. It was a quiet experience despite the pub downstairs, very appreciated. The room was indeed comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. I especially liked the cleanliness of my room.
I did note the absence of an iron and ironing board in the room. Providing these amenities would enhance convenience .

The location is convenient. It is right next to a tram stop for the city center. it is also easily walkable to the grounds if you are staying for football. the twin room included an ensuite bathroom and shower.
i noticed the stairs were quite steep, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues. the room was very basic for the price. there was no breakfast available at the hotel.
