I found the room very comfortable and clean. The communication from the staff was really good. They were always available by phone. The location is also near bus stops (very convenient!).
The room was quite cold and the radiator did not provide enough heat. This made the room uncomfortable overnight.

The staff communicated well. They were always available by phone. The location offered easy access to bus stops, a big plus. I found my bedroom super comfy. It had plenty of space. Everything I needed for a short stay was available.
The radiator went off quickly so the room became COLD.

The communication from the staff was superb I found them very helpful, especially with directions. They were always available by phone! The room was comfortable I thought, and the space was clean. the location near bus stops was perfect! I had an excellent experience, honestly.
The bathroom and kitchen could have been cleaner, and I felt a slight chill in the restroom.

The room had a beautiful chair. The room was well presented. Very neat place and tidy.
The heating was off overnight. The room was freezing cold. It was late February, so some heating was necessary. Light blankets were not enough.
