The pool was really nice and very suitable for the children. the location was also great. it was not far from other popular locations. the staff were very friendly.
The hotel room was quite dated. I saw there was some wear and tear. the corridors felt lonely. they were sad, worn, and moldy. when we went in, there was a musty, damp smell. this smell was even in the room. Even with ventilation, we could not get rid of it.

The pool was a great benefit. The bar was next to the pool and offered good service. Linda Fernandez was helpful .
the hotel smelled bad. The air conditioning wasn't working and it was uncomfortable. The furniture was old and stained.

the staff was very helpful. i especially loved antonio at the pool bar. his cocktails were amazing. the pool itself was also a great feature.
the bathroom was not clean. the towels and bedsheets were stained. the pull out beds had not been changed or cleaned. the pillows were also lumpy.

The kitchen had sufficient equipment for basic meal preparation. It included a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. i used the kitchen to make a simple breakfast each morning. Everything worked well. a small dining table was available, too.

the hotel is about a 25 minute walk from the main tourist area. this distance offered a quieter environment, yet it still provided convenient access to restaurants. a nearby bus stop allows easy travel to other destinations, too.

Our studio included air conditioning and a functional kitchen. fresh towels were provided each day. That was nice! the balcony had useful space, including a drying rack for clothes. This proved valuable.

My studio had air conditioning. The pool and bar area proved a great asset. Receptionist Linda was very lovely and cute upon arrival. Cleaners provided fresh towels daily.

i appreciated the spacious rooms, perfect for my family. the pool was a great feature, and the bar served good drinks. the walk to the town center was short, which i really liked. daily cleaning with fresh towels was a plus.
