the breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh items. i observed good coffee and Large cups for tea were available. the breakfast facilities were well maintained and organised.

my room was super clean and cozy and had plenty of outlets. the room was silent even with the windows opened. i found the bed linen to be crisp and WHITE. the room had a physical key, not a card.

The location was unbeatable. I could easily walk to all the main attractions. i even extended my stay because it was so great. the team was accommodating and assisted with arranging a very early airport transfer, they really were great.

The hotel is situated right in the center. It allowed quick access to numerous attractions, and it was surprisingly quiet. i secure hotel, even when walking around at night. Transport links are also a short walk.

The hotel provides airport shuttle services. It made my arrival and departure very smooth. luggage storage was also available, that allowed me to explore the city before check-in. the building has a traditional bedroom key.

A lovely continental breakfast is served. It features a wide selection of cheeses. there were also soft-boiled eggs. I really liked the local items. the breakfast room was well kept, i felt.

the staff speaks english and italian, they were very helpful and knowledgeable. communication with the hotel was excellent, the reception team quickly answered my questions. the reception staff stored luggage prior to check in. it made exploring easier!

The rooms are clean and spacious with high ceilings. each room has coffee and tea-making facilities. A minibar is also included. the bed was very comfortable. It had soft pillows. the room was equipped!

the location is perfect for exploring. sights are very accessible and transport links are a short walk away. the staff were friendly and accommodating! breakfast was great with a wide selection of food, including local items. i could store luggage prior to check in, super convenient.
