the location is good tourist spots and stores are closer i travelled to interlaken with ease the staff at the reception was helpful and friendly
the air conditioning was noisy there were no english or french channels on the tv i also found no shower creams provided a kettle and coffee were not present

The front desk offered helpful service. the hotel provides free public transport access via the bernwelcome app using the reservation number. i also appreciated the coop supermarket located right next to the hotel. It made getting drinks very easy.
The air conditioning didn't work very well. The room was hotter than the set temperature.

The location was pretty good. A bus stop right outside made getting around easy.
The room was too warm. i couldn't adjust the temperature, even though it was supposed to be winter. the room felt stuffy with no ventilation, and the window faced a wall. It seemed like i was on some in-between floor. also, the breakfast was underwhelming. The scrambled eggs seemed baked in one big tray and chopped up, and the nutella pump was empty right from the start, just lazy.

The bus stop was conveniently located right outside the hotel. i found it very easy to access public transportation. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided quick assistance. the hotel had secure and spacious parking, a definite plus.

the room felt very spacious (i had the double room). i found public transportation easily accessible from the hotel. free transportation was available through the bern welcome app and was simple to set up.
i noticed several marks on the walls in the room from previous guests.
