convenient location excellent isolation cozy room

i appreciated the convenient location near the metro station, it helped me move AROUND. the sound isolation was excellent, and i did not hear street noise. my room was clean and cozy, with every necessary item available.

the hotel only has few parking spaces in the garage, and finding an alternative spot late at night was stressful.

helpful staff seventh floor happy hour breakfast option

The staff was very helpful. i had a room on the seventh floor and i slept well. happy hour was from 5 to 7. That worked great after exploring. the staff kindly ordered a taxi. breakfast was part of my stay and light snacks were available in the evening. i will definitely go back.

my room was not cleaned enough . i chose this location because of the parking. but, i was never able to park there.

The room was very quiet and clean, a great place to relax. the air conditioning worked perfectly! the location was perfect. Though the parking was expensive. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

the location was easy to find with a metro station nearby.

i was disappointed that the room had not been cleaned after two days. i had to request housekeeping, only to learn that cleaning must be booked 24 hours in advance. this policy was not explained at check-in and the mattress was far too soft. the pillows seemed flat and worn out.

the location was good and close to public transport. (that was really convenient)

the room i booked clearly stated a double bed and a single bed, but we were given a fold-out sofa. it was uncomfortable and unsuitable, especially for a small child. the staff at check-in were dismissive and unhelpful.

i found that the hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station, i appreciated this access to transportation. the room provided was quite spacious. the lobby had a nice atmosphere. the staff members i encountered were friendly.
