The Spandau station WAS very close. It made getting around really easy. I found lots of parking available in the shopping center car park. The bed was also amazingly comfortable.
The hotel felt VERY basic. The price seemed high, I think because of a match. The room also got quite warm and there wasn't much I could do about it.

the room was clean. it was not particularly big, but as expected. the hotel is very close to the railway station. the hotel offered good value for money.
the hotel don't have own parking spots. you must use a large parking garage and walk. the bathroom looks like a module added, similar a hospital room. i think is a bit too expensive for what it offered.

the location is unbeatable with the train station and a mall just around the corner. i found the air conditioning in my room to be a lifesaver, especially with the weather being over 30 degrees (a real blessing!). the staff were friendly and helpful.
i found the pillows to be quite uncomfortable.

I came for a euro2024 game at the olympic stadium. the location near spandau station was convenient for train travel. the price was reasonable, even with the euro2024 event happening. the room had ibis standard features. It was simple but comfortable.
The pillows were not supportive. It was hard to get comfortable.
