The location was excellent, close to many attractions. i found the room spacious. the bed was comfortable. I could not tell that two beds had been pushed together into one.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many supermarkets. Transportation options are plentiful, so navigating the city is simple. Check-in was hassle-free, and the staff were very kind. The beds and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The location provides easy access to numerous nearby restaurants and shops. It's in the city center. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance, and the Ubahn station is also very close to the hotel.

The staff welcomed me warmly, and their attitude was very positive. The personnel communicate effectively in english. They are prepared for arrivals, everything being well-organized in advance.

the triple room was spacious with its own bathroom. the room consists of a double room, a single room and a bathroom. the area is great. leaving the bags after we checked out was a great bonus. i'd stay there again without a doubt!
some floor panels broken and floor was dirty so had to keep socks on.

staff members communicate in english and are ready for arrival. the staff provide warmth welcome and everything is prepared. they also let me leave my luggage after checking out, very helpful.
