i was impressed with the genuinely helpful staff. The location was convenient for accessing historical sites. The breakfast buffet included fresh pastries and offered a variety of choices, i considered it excellent. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
this was only a minor inconvenience.

the old key was not easy to use for the room door. also, the hotel felt a bit like a maze. it was a little confusing to find my way around. the key was difficult to manage. getting lost wasn't fun

I found the staff genuinely lovely. They were very attentive. breakfast had many extras. It was varied. the hotel arranged a reasonably priced taxi from the airport. the location was perfect, close to everything.
the showerhead had a rain forest type and poor water pressure. i could not properly rinse out shampoo. it was impossible to wash long hair.

the location was central, close to many attractions. the breakfast included a variety of pastries and fruits. the staff assisted with taxi arrangements from the airport.
the rooms were somewhat dated with older furnishings. i noticed some mold in the shower cubicle. the windows faced a less appealing, dilapidated building, it was not ideal.
