The location proved perfect. It stands right in the city center. Taxis always waited outside. The rooftop terrace offered beautiful views during breakfast. I enjoyed a relaxing start to my days.
The bathroom had minimal lighting, I struggled a bit with visibility while getting ready.

I appreciated the very central location of this hotel. Stepping outside, I found myself immediately surrounded by shops and restaurants. Housekeeping provided excellent service, the room remained clean and tidy . I also enjoyed the rooftop view.
I noticed the absence of certain basic room facilities. There was no kettle available, and the provision of mineral water or tea and coffee would have been a nice addition.

The breakfast buffet offered nice views, because it was located on the top floor with terraces. I missed olives and grilled vegetables, though there was a good bakery selection available each morning. The coffee machines sometimes had issues.

This location in the heart of the city offers plenty of options for shopping, eating, and visiting important monuments. The hotel is steps away from the Quattro Canti and is within walking distance to most attractions. A taxi and bus station to the airport is very near.

Most of the staff spoke English, which helped with communication and questions. The staff were very professional, kind, and helpful . Transportation arrangements to and from the airport were handled smoothly. They also helped me reserve a spot at the rooftop restaurant.

The location is superb. it is right in the middle of it all. cabs are always parked outside. It's that central. the room was impeccably clean and housekeeping was like clockwork.
the shower was very tiny. after a shower, water flooded the ground outside the shower booth.

The super nice team. They assisted me with directions. Breakfast had many options, I ate on the roof. The location was very central to everything, this made exploring easy.
My room faced the street! it was noisy at night. The air conditioning dripped water, this was disruptive. There was no hot water one evening, this was an issue.
