a decent experience overall
convenient location comfortable bed good size late cleaning absent cleaning toilet roll
the location was very convenient to two metro stations. several restaurants were nearby and the area felt vibrant. the room was an adequate size. the bed and pillows were comfortable.
our room lacked proper cleaning for two days. the cleaner did not arrive until late one afternoon. there was no cleaning done another day. toilet rolls were not replaced.

quiet location clean hotel helpful staff
The hotel's location was fantastic, it had many cafes and restaurants nearby, yet it was still quiet. The metro station was very close. The hotel was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I was thrilled with the convenient location! The metro was very close. I found excellent dining options just a short walk away. The staff was very kind and helpful, I am grateful!
The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it did not affect my overall experience.

useless hallway uncomfortable bed
The rooms listed square footage included a useless hallway, which i did not appreciate. the bed also sloped downwards. on one of the days, housekeeping never came. I received no fresh towels. this lack of cleaning and the unenthusiastic front desk really annoyed me.

quite good stay
metro station comfortable bed broken ac small wardrobe
the location is very nice, really close the metro station. many restaurants are in the near. the beds were confortable too. checkout was at 12:00, i liked it.
the ac didnt work properly. it was leaking water, that i tell the reception. the room was hot, not too confortable. the decor was old. wardrobe space is not that big.
