the location was fairly quiet and close to the waterbus stop.
Mosquitos were a real issue in the room and bathroom. They kept me awake. the air conditioning was also problematic, not functioning properly. there was no comfortable setting so i was either too hot or too cold. a blanket was not provided as an alternative to the too-hot duvet. This was quite annoying

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well kept, including the bathroom.
the central heating made a lot of noise at an industrial level. i could not adjust the air conditioning in my room effectively.
