Acceptable Stay, but Issues Need Addressing
restaurant noise unresponsive staff
The hotel's location proved acceptable for exploring. It met basic needs for accessing the city.
The noise levels were disruptive. I encountered significant disturbance from the hotel restaurant late at night. Loud singing continued past 11 p.m. This made resting difficult. I also found the staff unresponsive regarding the noise complaints.

authentic restaurants nice atmosphere
i was charmed by the quiet location, away from crowded areas. i found some authentic restaurants nearby. the hotel's restaurant had a very nice atmosphere. the food there was AMAZING!!!

the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very special. there was a roof of magnificent greenery that has sunlight breaking through. the hotel restaurant gives a very nice atmosphere to the place.

quick access good size bedroom fresh towels
the location provided quick access to the academmia bridge and the dorsoduro area. i also appreciated receiving fresh towels each day. the bedroom was a good size for my needs and i am thankful for the overall experience.
the wifi signal was weak, making consistent internet use difficult.

the automatic check-in process was efficient. the hotel permitted us to keep our luggage in the building after check-out. this service prevented us from carrying bags around the city and was helpful.
