my room had GREAT soundproofing. it was quiet, i could not hear ANY outside noise. the breakfast selection had many choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. the staff were helpful, i got quick responses to all my requests.
the fitness center was small. it only has a few machines, and i was not able to use all of them. the room lacked sufficient lighting. it made it hard to read at night and my room was without a mini-fridge.

The location was stellar. It's super close to the train station. my room included a hairdryer (my wife found it useful!). the staff was quick (extra pillows arrived in five minutes).
the room had limited closet space, a minor inconvenience.
