FANTASTIC Stay!
clean poolconvenient locationfriendly staffuseful atm
The pool area was great. It was super clean. I noticed there were many loungers available. The location is excellent. There is a shopping center right across the street (HOW CONVENIENT). The staff was friendly and tried to understand even with language differences. I found an ATM right in the reception area, very useful.
The soundproofing could be better, as I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

The room I had was spacious. I enjoyed the clean and tidy environment. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job. The bed felt huge and comfy. I noticed the apartment was well-kept.

The swimming pool was perfect. I saw that it was well kept. The hotel had a shopping mall across the street. It even included a supermarket for any needs (SO COOL).

I loved the helpful staff. They were very polite and very clean. the whole atmosphere was calm, and beautiful. the services were lovely!
I think the service was terrible. We arrived late, and the room lacked most basic linens, including a blanket. it also lacked a duvet cover and pillow cover. There were no towels. i talked to the front desk multiple times and was brushed off.

The location was perfect. It offered such easy access to amenities, i felt so safe. the pool was well maintained, it was serene, and i loved to spend time there. the upgrade to the pool view studio was a good surprise. I adored it. the staff were cute, friendly and polite.
the stove seemed somewhat artificial, and it lacked any charging ports near the bed.

The senior apartment included a king room, a twin room, and two sofa beds in the living room. It was good. towels were refreshed daily, they were clean and soft! the apartment was spacious and comfortable, i loved it.

The hotel is across the road from a supermarket. It was really convenient. there were local eateries nearby and fast food options, such as kfc and pizza hut close by. i appreciated the variety of choices.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, i needed assistance often! cleaning services were thorough with a daily full clean of the apartment and balcony. I was amazed! the staff booked excursions for us, it was stress-free.

The hotel is a short taxi ride to the medina. It took about 10 minutes. it is also close to the airport. I was there in 15 minutes. the hotel is ideally located and the area safety was good.

Excellent Stay for Families

I requested a kettle upon arrival and received a lovely teapot cooker the same day. We needed extra towels and toilet rolls for our two children. These were provided quickly. The front desk staff were very helpful and the cleaning services were excellent. The apartment and balcony received a full daily clean.
The towel rack in the bathroom was a bit out of reach, so stocking it proved difficult. It's just a minor inconvenience in an otherwise great place.

Staff were friendly and approachable. They booked our excursions for us. The front desk staff were amazingly helpful. I asked for bedding to be changed and this was done immediately.

missing microwavepool condition
The absence of a microwave in the apartment felt strange. I really expected one. also, the pool needed some tlc! some tiles were missing and i saw some holes. That's not great especially if you have kids around. it's not the end of the world, but it is a bit disappointing.
