Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks

I found a couple of issues . The kettle in my bedroom did not work, inconvenient. the Wi-Fi in the room functioned only briefly upon check-in and then ceased to work altogether, hindering my ability to stay connected for work purposes

the hotel's location was acceptable. it was within walking distance of shops.
the elevator was not working. i was on the fourth floor. the air conditioning barely cooled the room. it had to run all day for minimal effect.

i stayed in a junior suite with ample space. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the rooftop bar featured great views and a diverse menu.
the noise from outside was noticeable through the windows. this made it difficult to sleep at times.

the hotel is near cafes and restaurants. getting a cab to the airport was easy. i found plenty of dining options nearby plus it was a short walk from the train station.

the breakfast included many choices and fresh options. the staff was available at all times and VERY helpful with directions. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the daily service.
the wifi signal was sometimes unreliable in certain areas.

the hotel included a pool, fitness center, and a restaurant. The pool area had comfortable loungers and shaded spots. the fitness center featured treadmills and weight machines.

the breakfast buffet impressed with its wide variety of options. ALL staff were very helpful and polite . i especially enjoyed the rooftop area, it had a nice view.
