the luggage storage service was available both before check-in and after check-out. This aided my travel plans a lot. i also used the complimentary coffee facilities in the foyer, which saved me money.
the bathroom had a small step which could present difficulty with mobility issues.

the hotel is near public transport and close to the city center, so it's easy to get around. a tram stop right outside makes exploring the surrounding areas easy. the location is amazing!!!

i noticed the hotel offers nice food, and there are vending machines available, providing alternatives for meals. the free coffee machine in the entrance allowed me to have coffee whenever i wanted. it was a nice bonus!

I stayed in a Small Double Room Canal View. The bed was very good, I slept well. Staff always friendly . Rooms get made up every day which is nice. I appreciate that staff gives information about the area.

I found the location amazing for exploring. The canal view from the room was very cute and added to the charm. Check-in was quick and easy. I also appreciated the convenience of the reception storing bags after checkout.

I saw free tea and coffee available in the lounge, a nice touch. There was no breakfast offered at the hotel, yet a cafe next door opened at 8:30 AM. This cafe had some, but not all, traditional breakfast items.
