I appreciated the central location. The hotel made it easy to walk to many attractions (it saved on transportation costs!). Daily cleaning was a plus. I also liked having 24/7 reception.
The stairs were quite steep. It was a bit challenging after a long day.

The hotel offers free coffee until midday. This is available from an espresso machine (very convenient!). Luggage storage is also available, which helped before check-in.

The hotel is near many coffee shops. Plenty of food options and restaurants are within walking distance. Public transport is also close. Trams reach many places.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They accommodated my request to store luggage after checkout. This made my last day much easier (it allowed more sightseeing).

The location is quite central, near many attractions. The room included a desk, very useful for planning my daily excursions. The hotel offered complimentary coffee in the morning, a simple but appreciated amenity, the staff was nice.
Carrying luggage to the upper floors was difficult. The stairs are very steep, so anyone with heavy luggage must be prepared.

The room had a simple decor, it offered all basic amenities. A desk was available for work or study, there was enough space to move around. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

the staff was really friendly. it was comforting to know there was always someone at the desk. the location proved fantastic for accessing many points of interest. i walked to museums restaurants and shops with ease.
the room i had was quite small. there was barely any room to move around the bed. noise from a nearby bar was bothersome at night and sometimes continued until early morning hours. even earplugs did little to help block out the sound.

mixed feelings about this hotel.
small bathroom sinksteep steps
i found several aspects of my stay less than ideal. the bathroom sink was very small. it was more suited for a toilet than actual washing. the climb was quite difficult each time i had to reach my room.
