the automated check-in was very useful (especially with the late arrival). the room was comfortable and had all necessities for my stay. i found it really nice i could freely come and go as i needed.
i noticed the parking was somewhat limited, requiring a short walk from nearby streets.

I noticed the hotel had easy access to the seafront. It was a short walk. Westcliff railway station was close by. The station offered a direct line to London and Leigh on Sea.
Upon arrival, I saw we couldn't enter. The place smelled of marijuana. The room did not match the online pictures. I will mention, there was also no available parking when I arrived.

I found the seafront easily accessible by walking. Westcliff railway station is a short five-minute walk, providing direct access to London. The hotel sits on a quiet residential side street, ensuring a quiet setting. Street parking was available right outside. This made arrivals very straightforward.
The automated check-in system did present a slight difficulty initially.

the location is near the train station, approximately two minutes walking distance. staff addressed my request for an extra pillow quickly. the room had comfortable beds and quiet nights, ensuring restful sleep (i especially liked the absence of noise).
the carpet in some staircase areas seemed a bit loose.

i liked that the train station was only two minutes away! the room was warm, and the bed and sofa were comfortable. i slept very well. staff was easy to reach when i needed assistance.
the room lacked soundproofing. i could hear noises from other rooms such as conversations and toilets flushing. this affected my ability to sleep in during the mornings
