I booked a family room. It was bigger than expected with two separate bedrooms, which suited my needs well. The staff were friendly and very approachable, addressing any questions quickly. Free parking was available on site, simplifying my arrival and departure. Breakfast offered a great choice of both food and drinks.
I found that the hotel lacked air conditioning in the rooms, made a very hot night.

The hotel's location allowed quick access to the M25, facilitating travel. My room remained quiet despite proximity to the M2. I appreciated the friendly staff members. I also found the car park and hotel to be secure.
I noticed slight wear in the bathroom fittings. this did not significantly affect my overall stay.

A Gem of a Stay

I found a spacious car park. I was greeted warmly. The bar lounge was just lovely. The room had plenty of storage for my clothes. I found the accessible room spacious for easy movement.
I noticed that the radiator valve did not allow hot water to flow properly , made it difficult to heat the space.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They were very good too ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I greatly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
