Acceptable stay, some issues present
central location helpful staff breakfast variety small room shower issue intermittent water
The location was really central. This made seeing all the main sites simple. The staff were helpful (especially at check-in). Breakfast had a decent variety, which i appreciated.
The room was quite small. There wasn't much space to put clothes. The shower did not work properly. Hot water took a long time to arrive and was intermittent.

charmed by the location and friendly staff
excellent location friendly staff clean room
the location was excellent. i could walk almost everywhere i wanted to go!!! the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful whenever i needed something. i even found some pasteis de nata waiting for me upon arrival. the room was clean and tidy, which i appreciated.
the air conditioning was a bit noisy.

the room was clean. linen and towels were excellent. housekeeping came each day to keep everything fresh. the beds are very comfortable.

breakfast had a good variety of options. i especially liked the fresh juice. the breakfast room can get a little crowded. i found plenty to eat each morning.

The room was bright and spacious. I appreciated the coffee machine. It was easy to make coffee in the morning. The bathroom felt very comfortable.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable the shower was good. the location was central near many shops and restaurants. breakfast had a good selection of food it was tasty and fresh.
the air conditioning was a bit noisy it could use servicing.

sewage smell small room
The location was great. It was close to many attractions and public transport.
Our room was quite small. It was hard to move around with our luggage and the bathroom had a noticeable sewage smell even with the window open. I found this really disappointing.
