great locationcentral squaremajor supermarket
the location is great only 300 meters downhill to the central squares i found a major supermarket across from the entrance this was convenient the hotel was nicely renovated i appreciated this detail
rooms facing the front of the building have very poor sound isolation on the windows the street is very noisy with heavy traffic i found it impossible to sleep well

the hotel is close to the castle good restaurants are also nearby the area is perfect for exploring tourist attractions the metro is easily accessible too for traveling further afield.

The street noise at night was a little loud. I should have requested a room away from the street.

Everyone at the hotel was polite and very helpful. The room provided was clean. Breakfast gave us just what we needed to start our day with energy. I reminded me of i am home due to their service.
My room had slight sound issues, i could hear street noises at night.

The staff accommodated requests from getting a new pillow to storing our bags on departure day. Neilton, at the front desk, was very friendly. He took care of us from the minute i walked in. Staff is always attentive.

i felt very welcomed. the room was impeccably clean and spacious. It felt huge. now, the breakfast exceeded my expectations, a beautiful fresh buffet every morning. the dining area was charming and clean. i loved everything about this hotel! we also had tea and cake one day. The food was perfect.
the rooms facing the front of the building have very poor sound isolation on the windows. the street in front is very noisy with heavy traffic of cars and large buses. it is impossible to sleep in the rooms on lower floors.

The staff booked reservations for me. they gave me directions to where i needed to go. they even brought ice when my husband hurt his leg walking. They were very helpful. the breakfast was great. They cooked fresh scrambled eggs upon request.

The location was perfect for my short stay. It was very central. it was just below the castle, very accessible to many activities. it's in a slightly quieter spot than other hotels, but metro and tram stops are nearby, we loved it

This old building houses very beautiful facilities. it has a good breakfast and helpful staff. cake and coffee service is available in the afternoon, letting you refuel and regroup before more adventures. It was a great idea.
