the staff communicated well over text, it was very helpful. the room felt comfortable and the value for money was good. access to the building was simple, it made coming and going easy.
the room i had was too small. there was a cobweb in the corner of the room and i saw no fan. there was also no air conditioning, it got quite warm.

I found excellent kitchen facilities. The lounge facilities were good. The hosts and staff ensured I was well catered for . They were also very responsive to messages.
The electronic main door lock sometimes took several tries to open. This could be a minor inconvenience, especially at night.
