Superb stay!
great location helpful staff rooftop pool mini fridge
The location was fantastic. It was very close to shops. It was also close to metro stations. The room was very clean daily. The front desk staff were helpful with directions. I appreciated the luggage storage. The rooftop pool was refreshing after a long day. The mini fridge in the room kept drinks cold.
The furniture seemed a little old, but it was very minor.

Breakfast included fresh fruit. It also offered pastries. The coffee machine was available and brewed delicious coffee. There were also many restaurants located nearby. This made finding dinner easy.

The hotel features a rooftop terrace. It provides panoramic views. The pool area included several lounge chairs. A small convenience store next door offered drinks. The hotel also provided complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the premises. I loved the pool! but the view was amazing.

A Romantic Stay!
easy check-in great location rooftop swimming pool
Check-in was simple and fast. The location is great. I loved being so close to everything. The rooftop swimming pool was such a treat!!! Free coffee was available, really convenient.
I noticed there was only one iron available for the entire hotel. This made it difficult to use when needed.

The room featured comfortable beds and clean linens. The room offered plenty of space for luggage and movement. The room also included a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower, a fantastic experience after long day.

The staff members were genuinely kind and helpful. They provided prompt assistance. Staff readily addressed my questions and offered useful local tips. The front desk provided quick and easy luggage storage too.

Central Stay With a Great Balcony
spacious room private balcony central location easy access
The room was very spacious, I also appreciated the private balcony. It provided a serene space to relax each morning. The hotel's location was central, so I had easy access to restaurants and public transport.
The staff was not very friendly during check-in. I was like they could have been more accommodating when I arrived.

The front desk staff was helpful with basic inquiries. Cleaning staff maintained the premises very WELL. It was very clean. I found the service adequate for my needs .

The room included a large, comfortable bed, this ensured restful sleep. A private balcony offered views. It was very nice to have a space outside. The room offered a balance between modern comfort and inviting warmth.

adequate stay with minor issues
missing towels unreliable service
The room service was strangely inconsistent. one day, towels disappeared, replaced only by smaller ones. another day, the promised wake-up call never came. I nearly missed my tour. it reminded me of a lottery regarding what i would get, or not get, each day. i hoped for a more reliable experience, honestly.
