The room was clean. It provided all necessary items for a short stay. The staff was always available and helpful. Free water was a nice touch upon arrival.
The main air conditioning seemed broken. I received a portable aircon as an alternative. The room was still hot . I also noticed a lack of a mini fridge in my room.

The main air conditioning was broken. I was provided with a portable unit as an alternative, but the room remained excessively hot. despite assurances that a technician was called, the air conditioning was never fixed during my five-night stay.

The walls don't seem sound proofed. It can get LOUD sometimes. the main aircon was broken, and while they did provide a portable aircon as an alternative, the room was still very hot in the august heat.
