the location was pretty GOOD near the mall. my room was clean and nicely ARRANGED. the staff members were helpful .
the breakfast got repetitive after a few days. the SOFAS were not good for sleeping. the pool WAS closed one day due to weather.

We had a family suite. the flexibility with the half board option impressed me. it meant we got great value even when out for the evening. The ability to choose between lunch or dinner was very convenient. the hotel maintains really good cleanliness.
The room felt stuffy. i was scratching all night. the staff tried their best. They offered a free breakfast but the room itself was not ideal. changing rooms did not resolve the issue.
