solid value and handy location
great value spacious room clean bathroom cooking facilities
i found the double room a good value at £40 a night. the room i got felt spacious. the shower was quite nice and the bathroom was clean! the guest house features a little kitchen section with cooking facilities, that was useful? the staff was polite.
the walls seemed a little thin so i heard some noise.

The location was excellent with proximity to shops. I found the service to be excellent . All toilets were clean and well-kept. Bryan at reception was very nice and helpful during check-in.
The window in my room lacked proper curtains.

the reception staff was professional. i found the reception staff to be quite courteous. they were cute. i felt safe there. the room was clean. it was well-kept. this created a comfortable atmosphere.
the bathroom door got stuck. this happened when opening and closing it. the room was very dusty. it was cold even with the heating on. there was no blind on the door. if the light was on, people could see in. this was despite the frosted glass. there was lots of damp on the walls. the pressure of the shower was weaker than i would have liked.

friendly staff convenient location excellent value
i found the staff very friendly. they were always ready to help with any questions i had. the location was convenient with shops close by. i found excellent value for the quality and service provided.
The hallways could use a bit more lighting. It was only slightly dim.
