The owner was really helpful. he promptly provided a kettle and a fridge for my room at my request. i even found a microwave oven in the room (unexpected, but useful for breakfast!). communication was smooth. He answered my emails quickly, guiding me to the location (that's always a plus).
the curtains in the room were quite thin. i recommend bringing an eye mask, especially during summer months. this could help block out the light.
