the location RULES. it was super close to everything I wanted to see. the staff WERE helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants.
The room was quite small. I did find some issues with the shower. The water pressure was inconsistent AND there was mold in THE corners.

the superior double room was spacious. it had large windows. the hotel's garden offered many spots for relaxation. the location was close to the promenade des anglais. the neighborhood included restaurants and cafes. i found a good bakery with cafe au lait and croissants nearby.
the hotel had limited tea and coffee facilities. milk was not readily available. this was a minor inconvenience.
