The location was GREAT. It is central to everything, including shopping and restaurants. The room I had was very spacious with a beautiful balcony. All major tourist attractions were walkable. The hotel is right in the middle of town, so getting around was simple.
The stairwell leading to the hotel felt a bit sketchy, but the room itself was a pleasant surprise.

i stayed in a newly renovated room with a balcony. the room included a soaking tub which i appreciated. a pin code was used to access the room, so no key was needed. ac worked well and the room had a mini fridge.
the stairwell leading up to the hotel felt a bit sketchy, as it's part of a city building. there isn't a formal concierge setup.

I stayed in the suite hammam. the design showed a clear attention to detail and high quality materials. The suite was clean. the location provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
It would have been beneficial to know about ordering champagne and a ritual kit earlier. I read about it on the console when the reception was already closed.
