The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for local attractions. The metro station is very close providing easy access to various locations. The air conditioning in the room worked very well making my stay comfortable.
I heard it during the night. There was constant noise from bathroom pipes adding to the disturbance. I found this very inconvenient .

i found the location convenient. a tram stop was very close. the staff was very helpful with directions. there were also restaurants near the hotel.
the room decor felt a little outdated. i think some modern updates would improve the overall feel of the room.

I found the staff very helpful. They gave useful travel advice and kindly marked sights on a map. the room was clean. The bathroom was also clean. i recommend this place because of friendly staff and fair prices. the breakfast had good baked goods.
The room lacked a kettle. Some facilities showed wear. it was a very small inconvenience but still noticeable.
