poor drainage
i found a couple of issues . there was no kettle in the room so i had to go to the lobby for hot water. the bathroom also had a design flaw the shower had a half-glass panel causing water to spill everywhere. the drainage wasn't great either

i stayed in a family suite. it was really good! the location has easy access to intercity trains, metro, trams, and the airport bus. also, they have good space to store luggage, a big advantage because our flight was later at night.
The radiator in my room was broken. it still worked! the window handle was also broken. i found the hotel to be quite old, something you can't see well in the photos.

the location near the train station was convenient. i found the breakfast selection to be quite good. the hotel provided a free coffee machine in the lobby, that was available twenty-four hours. i appreciated the friendly staff. the superior triple room was clean.
i did find it quite slow.

the staff responded well to queries, providing help with directions and local transport. the front desk offered prompt service during check-in and check-out. their was also efficient handling of requests.

the location was very convenient near the train station and the underground.
The room was quite small (i felt a bit claustrophobic, honestly) and needed some updating. There wasn't much space for clothes or other belongings, and the furniture seemed a bit worn.
