The room felt small, and i found the lack of a proper desk inconvenient. i needed a dedicated workspace, but the available surface was just not adequate for my needs. also, the soundproofing seemed insufficient. i could clearly hear street noise, which disrupted my sleep on several occasions. It was particularly noticeable late at night and early in the morning.

the hotel is near a train station and i appreciated the short walk to the kö and the altstadt. i found many food choices in the area and it was easy to explore. the air conditioning in my room worked effectively and the shower was really good. i was also close to the central station.
I noticed that there was no phone in the room. Contacting reception required a personal device.

the parking system was not great i often needed to call for assistance to exit the garage it was very narrow too i worried about scratching the car the room also lacked some basic amenities there wasn't a kettle available or even a small fridge to store drinks

The staff was very helpful. The large room we were given met all our needs. The quirky nature of the hotel made the lobby a very entertaining place to be. We spent every evening enjoying the atmosphere and drinks.
I found out that I had to pay extra for parking. The bed was horrible. It was so hard it was like I was sleeping on wooden logs. I woke up with a lot of pain in my shoulders and back.

I found the staff very helpful. They provided excellent service. the large room met all my needs perfectly. the lobby and bar area, with its quirky design, provided constant entertainment. its proximity to nearby attractions made exploring very easy.
the temperature in the room was a little too warm for my preference.
