the check-in process took longer than expected. the staff seemed a little overwhelmed, it was not very efficient. also, the room did not have a refrigerator. this was inconvenient as i needed to store some items.

I noticed the window in the room was sealed shut. Also there was no closet to store clothes

I found the room surprisingly clean. The lobby had a very appealing design. Breakfast offered enough choices and tasted delicious. Staff members were courteous and always ready to assist with a smile, these small details.

The hotel did not provide some basic room amenities. I found no kettle or iron board in the room. This omission was an inconvenience. I had to request these items from the front desk.
