The rooftop lounge was a real treat. I found it very beautiful. my room faced the park. It was good and quiet. the front desk staff were awesome! check-in was superb, i felt welcomed immediately.
i did notice the room was on the smaller side.

the breakfast exceeded my expectations, it had fresh fruit and pastries. a large display included fresh cuts and cheeses too. the bar had a good selection of drinks.

the hotel boasts two terraces, one a rooftop with city views. the other terrace is spacious, it offers comfortable sofas on the ground floor. a taxi stand is conveniently right outside the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful . They were always available. i appreciated the quick and easy check-in process. the security measures in place were also reassuring.

the staff were helpfull which i did expect.
the room didnt have a mini fridge which i think its something essencial, especially in the summer. also, the air conditioning wasnt working properly, and i reported it twice, but it was never fixed . the room got very hot at night, and i barely could sleep.

the bed it was super comfy. everything feels high-quality. i found it acceptable.
the room lacked a kettle, glasses, and slippers. i also missed a mini fridge. it really is a big disappointment because these are pretty standard in a 3-star hotel, are not they?

the room was really clean, that's a big plus. i had a double room terrace and loved the natural light in the morning. the bed was nice too. the staff are friendly and helpful.
my double room terrace lacked a mini fridge, it was a little inconvenient.

The hotel's location is really central. It was within walking distance of many attractions. The check-in process was quick. Daily cleaning and tidying of the room happened..
The room was small. It offered only the basic essentials. There were no added comfort items or extras. We had issues with the air conditioning. The issues were eventually resolved, but the process was not smooth.
