the room was quite large, which i found very useful (i had the superior double or twin room extra bed). the breakfast included a variety of options, with everything appearing fresh.
the air conditioning was not very effective, unfortunately.

the bathroom layout was not great with the toilet cramped in a corner. the shower had no shelf for shampoo! water leaked from the shower into the rest of the bathroom.

I found the location very convenient near the bus station. The room included air conditioning that worked well. The vending machine in the lobby was useful for late-night snacks. The staff helped me extend my trip easily, I appreciate that.
There were no glasses in the room. I had to ask for one.

The staff was very kind. The room had a fridge. I could have breakfast before normal breakfast time because I had to leave early. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the location relatively close to the train station. It was within walking distance of the city center.
My room was very basic. It lacked even glasses, and I had to request them from Reception.

This hotel is relatively close to the city center. You can reach all the monuments by walking. I found this to be an added value. The international coach station and train station are within walking distance, very useful to me.

The staff gave excellent attention to my needs, and I really appreciated it. I arrived late, and the receptionist answered my requirements over the phone. I congratulate them all for their service.

I found the breakfast to be plentiful with good options available each morning. I was able to store my extra suitcase while I traveled with a tour for two weeks. I thought I had left something behind. They responded quickly.
