amazing location spacious suite clean room
The location of the hotel is amazing. i found it central to everything i wanted to see and do. the suite was spacious and clean. I appreciated the separation of spaces. the shower facilities worked very well with good water pressure and consistent temperature.
the breakfast service could benefit from more frequent restocking of items.

Historical Charm and Great Location
central position elegant style free luggage lovely balcony
The hotel's central position was amazing. It is right in the middle of the city centre. The room was large and had an elegant style. I left my luggage in the hotel for a few hours. The staff let me do that for free. I could enjoy the lovely balcony near the rooms. It had a view of the wonderful outside patio. I am grateful.
The shower wasn't great. There was a folded and completely soaked bath mat left on my drain when I arrived. I noticed it only in the evening, my shower stank, and I pulled it out. I am not very pleased by that.

My room included parquet floors and many mirrors, seemingly enlarging the space. I was very happy to find a king size bed in the room, it really added comfort. The spaciousness of the room was really good.

Breakfast had much to offer and a great location. The breakfast was compact, not lovely, it was exquisitely presented. Fresh coffee was available. I am glad it was not just a machine with a button.

prime location helpful staff fine decor green patio
i appreciated the prime location near the central pedestrian zone. it allowed easy access to many attractions. i found the staff warm and helpful. the building's decor was fine. the green patio offered a nice spot to enjoy a drink.
the breakfast did not have much variety.

friendly staff many options
the staff were so friendly it. the included breakfast had lots of options to pick from. the location rocks because it's in the city center. the building it self is decorated so nice.
the shower experience i had was horrible. there was hot water for two minutes, its not enough. also, the bath mat was folded up and soaked on the drain when i got to the room. it really stank.

I REALLY liked the building's antique furniture and comfortable shared spaces. The pretty courtyard had lots of plants, SO lovely! The staff responded quickly and politely to my requests. The location made it easy to walk everywhere.
The breakfast plates were sometimes slow to be replenished. It wasn't a HUGE deal.

The location was perfect for exploring. Helpful staff were readily available. Breakfast options included gluten-free items upon request. I appreciated this considerate touch. The hotel is near a musical school. Its rehearsals added to the city's atmosphere.

My room was not what I expected from the photos online. It felt more like an attic. The room had a strong cigarette smell. The bed linen also had an unpleasant odor.
