The concierge were very helpful. They assisted me with my lost luggage, I was really charmed by their actions. On checkout, I had a two-hour delay. The concierge let me keep luggage in a secured room. She kept an extra bag behind her desk. It.
My room differed from what I saw in the pictures online. Entering, there was a very bad smell and the room felt very small. The room was only slightly larger than the bed on each side. The safe was locked, but not attached to the wall.

i found the hotel located right in the pedestrian zone, very convinient. the staff assisted me with directions to nearby parking, about 500 meters away, they gave clear instructions for reaching both the parking and hotel. my room was quiet, particularly notable since the hotel sits directly in the center of town. the receptionist helped me with mugs for tea.
the entrance tunnel felt little scary.

the room included comfortable, firm beds perfect after a long days out. a power shower was available in the bathroom with a fantastic blow dryer also provided. cleanliness in the room was good and internet access worked fine.

breakfast was offered each morning with a basic, simple selection. juice, tea, coffee, meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, and toast were available. the breakfast suited my needs and was a good way to start the day.

the receptionist were kind and carried my luggage, it. staff members were friendly and cute at all times. the staff was also helpful to give me mugs for tea to take to my room.
