the staff were very Nice, I guess, and the location was convenient to Namba station.
the room was SO small, and i mean really, REALLY tiny. There wasn't ANY room for luggage and the bathroom seemed like a plastic pod. room service didn't exist so i had to reuse my towels.

i found the location convenient. i could easily walk to namba station and dotonbori. the staff were attentive and assisted with luggage delivery, a great help! it was nice to have green tea and cold water readily available in the lobby.
the family room's layout was somewhat awkward, with the tv positioned in a corner that obstructed the bathroom door, this made it a little inconvenient.

the hotel's proximity to namba station was a significant advantage (it saved a lot of travel time). the ground floor offered complimentary hot drinks. i appreciated the clean, modern facilities throughout the hotel. the triple room had a double bunk on the bottom and a single on top.
